    Dr. Ramaa Y Naik Raikar MBBS MS Ophthalmology FCED

    Dr. Ramaa Y Naik Raikar is a consultant Phaco and Corneal surgeon with more than 14 years experience in the field of Ophthalmology. She completed her undergraduate and post graduate training from Goa Medical College, Bambolim, Goa, in 2006 and 2010 respectively. She has been a recipient of gold medal for obtaining highest marks in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Goa University. She has won various awards and scholarships for her meritorious academic achievements. She has completed her training in Cornea and External Eye Diseases from Bangalore West Lions Eye Hospital, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, in 2012 following which she worked in Regional Institute of Ophthalmology “Minto eye hospital”, Bangalore for 2 years, during which she was involved in teaching and training post graduate students. She has worked as a consultant Phaco and corneal surgeon at Vasan Eye Care and Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital Bangalore for four years. Presently she has her own private establishment in Margao, Goa.
