Dr Mohd Aziz Husni is currently the head of the Malaysia Ministry of Health (MOH) ophthalmology service. He is the Vice President of the College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, and a member of the Malaysian Medical Council Specialty Education Subcommittee for Ophthalmology, Malaysian Universities Conjoint Committee of Ophthalmology (MUCCO) and the MOH Subspecialty Training Committee. He also chairs the MOH Ophthalmology Postgraduate Training Committee.

Professor Dr Liza Sharmini Ahmad Tajudin is senior consultant ophthalmologist, and lecturer in Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Her main research area is clinical and molecular research on glaucoma. She has more than 20 years’ experience in conducting clinical and molecular research and has completed 20 international, national and university research grants. She has published many manuscripts in various scientific journals. She is also the head of service for glaucoma in Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia. She is vice president of Malaysian Glaucoma Society and vice president of Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology. She is also a life member of Malaysia Society of Human Genetics (MSHG), fellow of Academy of Medicine Malaysia and College of Ophthalmologists (Malaysia). Internationally, she is the committee member of the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology fellowship standing committee, council member of ASEAN Ophthalmology Society, Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society, Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society, Global Eye Genetic Consortium and Asia Pacific Eye Genetic Society. She is the founding editor for the Malaysian Journal of Ophthalmology and editorial board member of Therapeutic Advances in Ophthalmology and The Open Ophthalmology Journal.

Dr. Puspha Raman is Glaucoma Specialist at Hospital Seremban affiliated with Malaysian Ministry of Health. She completed her medical degree at the National University of Ireland with a valedictorian award. She pursued her Masters in Ophthalmology at the University of Malaya and fellowship in glaucoma at the Sydney Eye Hospital in Australia. Dr Raman is in the editorial board of Malaysian Journal of Ophthalmology and also an higher committee member of Malaysian Glaucoma Society. She has published in a number of peer reviewed journals and regularly presents at regional and international ophthalmic meetings. She is has been honoured with excellence award for ophthalmology research and publication by College of Ophthalmologist Malaysia and Young Investigator award by Japanese Ophthalmologist Society.
